REFUBISHED PRODUCTS
These are products that are returned for many reasons. The customer may have changed their mind or did not like the product. Regardless whether it is returned a day or a month later, the product must be identified as refurbished or reconditioned to be resold. Refurbished/reconditioned products must pass a thorough examination. After it has been examined, the product is repackaged by the original manufacturer or a reputable professional outside of firm may perform reconditioning, returning the products to like-new condition. These products can be identified by looking at the model in the Description Field. They are identified with the symbol (R).

PAYMENT TERMS
As of now, we are only accepting Paypal as payment.

TAXES
California residents must pay a California Sales Tax of 8.25%.

WARRANTIES
New products - 1 Year Manufacturer's warranty
Refurbished / Reconditioned - 90 Day Manufacturer's Warranty

TRACKING ORDERS
Shortly after payment, you will receive an email with the Fed Ex Tracking number.

BACKORDERS
Most of the products we have on our site are available. On some occasions, a product may still be on our site that may be temporarily out of stock. In these cases, we will notify you right away.

RETURNS
Customer may return the product within 2 weeks of delivery of the order. Note: There is a 20% restocking fee applied to your return. Shipping cost is non-refundable. For defective items, we will ship you a replacement. If it is returned and is found not to be defective, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Therefore, we suggest that the customer contact the manufacturer as listed on the owner's manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization. Defective cellphones must be returned to the manufacturer. Refunds will not be issued without an RMA number. Be sure to have your order number available and include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email. Write your RMA number on it and provide a description for the return. Returns are to be in like-new condition and must have the original packaging, manuals and accessories.

DAMAGED / LOST PACKAGES
If your oder was lost or damaged, you will have to file a claim with FedEx. Contact FedEx at 800-463-3339. Provide the tracking number and proof of purchase. Your confirmation email may be used as a proof of purchase. All claims must be filed within 21 days or sooner. Claims after 21 days will be denied.
